Information for clients and patients regarding our Deposit/Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy. (Effective July 2020 onwards).
At Beau Boutique Salon, we always aim to be as accommodating as possible to our clients, however, due to the high volume and popularity of the treatments we offer, we do operate a formal Deposit/Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy.
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.
We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for either salon diary, we will try to do so.
However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 72 hours, we have taken the decision to institute a 72-hour cancellation policy for all salon treatments.
I understand that the deposit is non-refundable outside of the cancellation period but is transferable if a minimum of 72 hrs notice is given for any changes to your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge and no-shows/cancellations on the day will incur the full appointment fee being charged.
Please note that all courses have a 12 month expiry date from date of purchase. No-shows or missed sessions will be lost and not re-added unless the usual notice period above is adhered to. (see below for more details).
